As most mothers, I have all sorts of days. Some are smooth and flowing, others disrupted requiring effort.
This week has been the latter with at least one explosion thrown in daily. And like most moms, I come to regret it as soon as the high decibels leave my breath and go beaming in the space.
And like most annoying things, one can’t turn the annoying moments or reactions around. Yet, there is HOPE.
Yet, as I stood outside my daughter’s school giving her a goodbye hug and a kiss, hearing her say, ‘Mamma I’ll miss you so much’ turned everything around. I learned once again, every moment is a new chance. Don’t hold back, give love generously (once the explosive energy has settled)!
